CM Revanth Reddy Allots Land for FICCI FLO Headquarters, Reaffirms Commitment to Women Empowerment
Hyderabad, July 19 Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has announced that the State Government will allot 1,000 square yards of land near Shilparamam for the construction of the headquarters of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), reaffirming the government’s commitment to strengthening women’s empowerment.
The announcement was made during a meeting with FLO representatives at the MCR HRD Institute’s Bodhi Pavilion, held on the occasion of FLO completing 25 years. The delegation also briefed the Chief Minister about the programmes being planned to commemorate 100 years of FICCI in 2027.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister highlighted the Telangana Government’s initiatives for women’s empowerment and said that establishing the FLO headquarters between HITEC City and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) office would enhance the area’s prominence as a business and innovation hub.

Mr. Reddy also announced that the government would allot one acre of land for the FICCI headquarters and invited the industry body to become a partner in the development of the ambitious Bharat Future City project. He said women entrepreneurs would play a crucial role in attracting Fortune 500 companies and driving the State’s future economic growth.
The Chief Minister further stated that the government would examine the proposal to develop another industrial park exclusively for women entrepreneurs, following the success of the existing FLO-led industrial park. He assured full government support to women-led enterprises and announced that review meetings would be held every three months to address their concerns and accelerate their growth.

He also suggested that FICCI should institute annual awards to honour outstanding women entrepreneurs for their contributions to business and economic development.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju, CM’s Advisor K. Ramakrishna Rao, FLO National President Pooja Garg, FLO Hyderabad Chairperson Seetha Reddy Gaddam, and several women entrepreneurs.
