RIMS Tragedy: Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind Delegation Visits Hospital, Demands Comprehensive Probe and Compensation
Condolences to bereaved families; demand for strict action against those responsible; Rs. 50 lakh compensation and government jobs sought for families of deceased children

According to Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind District Press Secretary Hafiz Khizar Ahmed Yafai, the Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind has expressed deep grief over the deaths of five innocent children in the tragic incident at RIMS Hospital, Adilabad, and conveyed condolences to the bereaved families. The organisation also demanded a comprehensive investigation into the incident.
A representative delegation of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind visited RIMS Hospital following the directions of its National President Hazrat Maulana Arshad Madani, under the guidance of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh State President Mufti Ghiyasuddin Rahmani Qasmi, the patronage of State General Secretary Mufti Mahmood Zubair Qasmi, and the supervision of District President Maulana Aqeel Ahmed Qasmi.
The delegation included Town President Hafiz Aamir Patel Khan, District General Secretary Hafiz Afroz Khan Misbahi, Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind Adilabad District Treasurer Mufti Abdul Azeem Asadi, District Secretary Maulana Wasim, Town Vice-President Hafiz Feroz Khan, members Hafiz Riyaz and Rizwan.
The delegation reviewed the situation at the hospital, met the affected families and expressed condolences and solidarity. The representatives also met Additional Collector Rajeshwar and RIMS Director Jai Singh Rathod and discussed details related to the incident. They stressed the need for stringent safety arrangements and preventive measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur.

The delegation also met BJP MLA Payal Shankar and urged a comprehensive investigation into the incident, strict action against those found responsible, and effective measures to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
Speaking to the media later, Jamiat representatives Hafiz Aamir Patel and Hafiz Afroz Khan demanded that all RIMS staff be made permanent, an effective monitoring system be established, the number of doctors and medical personnel increased, and permanent staff be appointed in the technician department.
They further demanded that the families of the five children who lost their lives in the incident be provided Rs. 50 lakh compensation per family. They also appealed to the government to consider providing double-bedroom houses and government employment to the affected families.
The Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind representatives conveyed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and said that the organisation stands firmly with the affected families during this difficult hour.
